College students often face irregular sleep schedules due to fluctuating class times, self-managed routines, and academic pressure. Poor daytime planning can lead to unfinished tasks, which then push back sleep time. Over time, this cycle contributes to stress, fatigue, and diminished focus—negatively affecting both health and academic performance.
